We are very excited for a productive and fun year ahead with our lovely new class.

The teaching staff in our classroom are Miss Stephens (Tuesday and Wednesday) and Mrs Martorana (Monday, Thursday and Friday).
Our teaching assistants are Mrs Aiello and Mrs Baxter.
Reading
In 3MS we really do love to read and we enjoy a wide range of text. Currently we are enjoying ones from our Year 3 Reading Challenge card.
Reading for pleasure at home can really support this vital skill so why not enjoy a wide range of books as well as their school reading book with your child each day!
Don't forget to sign their reading record and challenge card.
Times Tables #timestablesrockstars
Times tables fluency really can be the key to unlocking so many key areas of mathematical learning for your child.
So with this in mind every child has a Times Tables Rock Star login that can support their learning in a fun and engaging way. We are looking forward to the children beating the teachers at challenges set on the app.
Our focus tables in year 3 are 3, 4,8 as well as 2, 5, 10 xtables.
PE Kits
PE will be on a Tuesday morning. Please ensure children bring in their kits every week with trainers.
Homework
Friday - English and Maths homework given out - to be returned by the following Thursday.
